Meet the partners | PELICAN

Spolek PELICAN is a non-profit association active in the field of education and culture. It is based on the belief that one way to improve the quality of education is to raise public awareness of current trends in education and support their implementation in all levels of educational organizations. 

The topic of foreign citizens, immigrants and minorities has always been one of the most central issues of Spolek PELICAN’s activities. Based on extensive experience of its members with providing Czech lessons for foreigners, accompanied with regular consultations covering a wide range of issues related to life in the Czech Republic, the institution is always ready to participate in projects aimed at similar issues. 

PELICAN seems to build a network of NGOs engaged in similar activities in the Czech Republic and abroad. In European project teams, PELICAN is usually responsible for the development of digital, multimedia-rich teaching and learning materials, such as video tutorials and appetizers to other project outputs.
